Frizbe has had a few bouts with dieria over the past couple of months. There is nothing like coming home and having to clean up that mess. Over the weekend Frizbe managed to get a case of the shits again. Thank goodness it was on Sunday while I was home. Previously, I did a little digging on the subject and learned that you can give a dog pepto bismol. The weekend before last I got some. I didn’t really want to give it to him but after Sunday’s several trips outside I just couldn’t take it any more. Let me see if I can paint the picture for you… When I was a Target getting a few things I picked up some pepto bismol. What I failed to realize during that trip is that I could have gotten pepto bismol in tablets…. So… I’m sure you can just picture my right hand prying open Frizbe’s mouth while the other is trying to drain one tablespoon of pepto bismol down my dog’s throat. The result was a pink pepto bismol clean up party off of my dog and an area rug that is now pink in parts. I like pink parts, just not stained on an area rug.
